Shinta Mani Angkor

Tucked within lovingly manicured lawns and gardens, Shinta Mani Angkor is a luxury boutique hotel in the scenic, tree-lined French Quarter of Cambodia’s Siem Reap resort town. Designed by world-famous architect Bill Bensley, this chic-style hotel is split into two wings and is memorable for its monochrome design fitted out with Khmer photography. Bedrooms are similarly decked out in black and white and are designed to bring the outside in with indoor plants and either a balcony, patio or mini garden overlooking a long, narrow pool encircled by plush sun loungers and palm trees.

Superior Garden rooms are located on the ground floor with entry via a mini internal garden. Rooms are equipped with twin or king-sized bed and Terrazzo bathroom with rain shower. Housed in the modern wing of Shinta Mani our Deluxe Pool view Rooms offer a step above in design and comfort with first and second floor balcony views of our lap-pool. Our Deluxe Living Rooms are perfect for family get-away or couples who enjoy extra space. Kroya Restaurant International as well as local product
Kroya which means “food” in the Khmer Royal language is Shinta Mani Angkor’s unique restaurant inspired by Shinta Mani’s heritage. The menu blends international as well as local product, combining fresh ingredients, native herbs and spices to create innovative, palette pleasing flavours.

For those seeking an unforgettable Khmer culinary experience can savour the authentic taste of traditional cuisine with a unique 7 course Khmer Tasting Menu which follows the seasons and the local harvest. Meals may be enjoyed indoor or outdoor at Kroya, which offers both air-conditioned comfort and al fresco dining on the swingbeds.

The Steakhouse Siem Reap American steakhouse
Shinta Mani’s newest culinary adventure in Siem Reap is in the form of an American steakhouse. Think prime cuts of beef grilled to perfection paired with abundant side dishes and over the top desserts. A classic steakhouse menu that aims to please with menu items such as the “Masters Cut” a 1.2 kg rib eye roast (sometimes referred to as a Tomahawk).

Or perhaps the Wagyu sirloin, so tender it cuts with a fork. All cuts of beef arrive to your table with a trio
of the chef’s favourite sauces, roasted garlic and cress salad. The side dishes are a new take on steakhouse classics the house favourite being the creamed spinach with a pinch of parmesan, second to none truffle oil laced steak frites and the “can’t miss” creamy au gratin potatoes with bacon. Starters include favourites such as fried mozzarella with Sicilian tomato salsa, crispy prawn rolls and pan-fried raisin bread stuffed with gorgonzola cheese. Seafood pasta, generous salads and over the top desserts round out the menu. A steak dinner wouldn’t be complete without an excellent selection of wine and cocktails, the Steakhouse boasts one of the most complete wine lists in Siem Reap and a bar offering handpicked spirits at reasonable prices.
