Hammock Cove Resort & Spa

The ultimate in All Inclusive paradise, the 5-star Hammock Cove Resort & Spa is a retreat reserved exclusively for adults. Surrounded by the turquoise blues of the Caribbean Sea, this boutique resort along Antigua north-eastern coastline offers laidback yet luxurious island living at its very best – intimate whitewashed villas with waterfront views await with double rain showers and infinity plunge pools as standard. When the novelty of sun-drenched beach days wears off (if ever it could), there is plenty to keep you busy – guests can look forward to weekly cocktail parties, Michelin-star dining, cooking and mixology classes, as well as sea-facing yoga sessions.

Why we love it

Hammock Cove Resort & Spa has more premium inclusions than many other All Inclusive resorts. Here, guests can look forward to chef’s table and degustation dinners, top notch wine and champagne, and a plethora of watersports to name just a few.

Dining

Irina's Restaurant & Bar All-day dining
Located in the Great House on the first floor with views over the multi-tiered swimming pool, Irina’s feature a chic, bistro-style vibe, accented by a locally made copper and hardwood bar. Here, guests experience à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with light savoury and sweet snacks such as caviar, salmon, and a freshly baked selection of viennoiserie, which rotates throughout the day. Afternoon tea is also served, as well as customised coffees. The main bar features all of the classics, as well as handcrafted cocktails, and a selection of beers and soft refreshments.
Lighthouse Dinner
Romantic and reminiscent of the grand Georgian dining halls of many Caribbean estate houses, with its signature green walls and wrap-around terrace accented by sleek, contemporary furnishings, Lighthouse is a gastronomic journey led by Executive Chef Marco Festini. His culinary interpretation preserves ancient methods of cooking accented with a forward-thinking culmination of flavours including indulgent classics like Wagyu beef burgers and Caribbean lobster, punctuated by inventive dishes gleaned from his career working alongside Michelin starred masters. Sustainably sourced, the evening menu offers gastronomes a wealth of choice, while a daily changing menu is also featured based on what’s locally available. A private dining room seats 14 persons, ideal for special occasion or degustation dinners.
