Welcome to India!

Our representative will meet you in the arrival area of the airport after you clear all immigration and custom formalities. Depart for your hotel where you will check in for your stay.
(Hotel Check-in: 1400 Hrs, Early check in would be subject to the availability).
Optional: Visit to Gandhi Smriti.

The Gandhi Smriti – formerly known as Birla House or Birla Bhavan, is a museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi where he spent the last 144 days of his life and was assassinated on 30 January 1948. It was originally the house of the Indian business tycoons, the Birla family. The museum houses a number of articles associated with Gandhi's life and death. Large collection of photographs with a few personal belongings and a series of small dolls houses and terracotta dolls illustrating Gandhiji’s life are the attractions at this museum.

Overnight at Imperial, New Delhi
After breakfast, proceed for the full day city tour of Old & New Delhi including visit of the 17th century Jama Masjid and enjoy normal rickshaw ride through the narrow, winding lanes of colourful and bustling Chandni Chowk. Also stop in front of the Mughal Empire’s most opulent fort, the Red Fort for a photo stop. Later Visit Raj Ghat where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated.

In the afternoon, proceed to New Delhi where you will be taken for the Drive past of The Presidential Palace, the one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys, the India Gate, a memorial raised in honour of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war and a drive along the Rajpath past the Parliament House and secretarial buildings.

Afterwards visit Qutab Minar, the 12th century tower of victory built by a slave king and prototype of all minars (towers) in India. Also visit the 16th century Humayun’s tomb, a precursor to the Taj Mahal.

In the morning, you will be assisted & transferred in to Delhi railway station to connect your train to Agra.

Upon arrival, you will meet with our representative outside your train coach who will introduce you to your guide who will take you for the visit of Agra Fort, which was originally started by Emperor Akbar in 1565, but his son, Jahangir, and grandson, Shah Jahan, later made valuable additions to it.

After the visit, check-in at the hotel.

You will be visiting the symbol of love – Taj Mahal, this UNESCO World Heritage site (Closed on Fridays) is a marvel in marble and it is known for its exquisite symmetry. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the World and lovingly referred to as a “teardrop on the cheek of eternity”.

Return to the hotel for breakfast & wash and change. Check out and drive to Bharatpur.

You will then drive from Agra to Bharatpur visiting Fatehpur Sikri en-route - a spacious red sandstone city built the 16th century by the Mughal Emperor Akbar, one of India’s greatest rulers. The Emperor ruled Agra from this city and a fort with dargah (Muslim religious centre) still stands here. The architecture of Fatehpur Sikri is a combination of Hindu and Muslim styles, expressing Akbar’s vision of synthesizing the cultures.

Later, you will enjoy the lunch at local restaurant in Bharatpur. Laxmi Vilas Palace, a wonderful heritage hotel, providing a calm and soothing ambiance, it is situated on 25 acres, where the greenery and landscaping is superbly maintained.

After lunch, you will transfer to Bharatpur Railway station to board the train for Ranthambore.

Arrive in Ranthambore and transfer to hotel.

Spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

The largest national park in North India, Ranthambore is considered one of the best places to view the majestic predator Royal Bengal Tigers. Apart from tigers, the major wild animals include leopard, nilgai, wild boar, sambar, hyena, sloth bear and chital.

It is established to identify the local craft traditions of Ranthambore area that could form the basis of the income generation which hugely supported the traditional craftspeople, many of them are women and village based, with the objective of helping craftspeople regain their place in the economic mainstream. Various craft skills are practised here by both men and women by re-using and re-cycling waste materials such as rags, reed, cane, wool waste, newsprints etc or developing items of daily use for themselves.
Cost: GBP 13 per person

After lunch, you will drive to Jaipur, enroute visit the Birla Temple in Jaipur to witness Aarti Ceremony.

Later, check-in at your hotel for 02 nights stay.

Transfer to Delhi International airport for your flight for onward destination.
